Fines for FCPA/Bribery Act violations

FCPA:The fine may be up to $25 million for each count of violation for companies and up to $5 million for individuals. Violations may also be punished by imprisonment for up to 20 years.
Bribery Act:Violations are punished by a heavy fine or imprisonment or both.
