Two years ago today, the private intelligence company R-Techno set up the "Laboratory of information and hybrid warfare"

The objectives of the Laboratory have become even more relevant during Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine. Among them are:

• system-based training of highly-qualified personnel in mounting information and hybrid warfare, including operations intended to seize initiatives on a strategic and tactic level;
• development of a system approach to combat information and hybrid warfare on a national and international level;
• organization of studies in this field (combating information, hybrid and trade warfare) on behalf of supreme government institutions;
• organization and implementation of active information activities, including amid special military and police operations.

Over the course of two years, the Laboratory has set up a solid basis for the successful performance of governmental tasks of any complexity; prepared teaching and learning aids, guidelines, hands-on training sessions, workshops, special courses; the Laboratory forged a team of specialists skilled in combating information and hybrid warfare in the field.
